湿解反应器  Wet-degradation reactor

1、BPY生活垃圾综合处置与利用系统
    具有领先性的湿解技术是BPY系统的核心。应用湿解技术处理垃圾,将经过分选的可降解有机物输送到反应器内,通入蒸汽,在一定温度、压力和有水存在的条件下进行湿解反应,1~2小时杀灭病原菌和草籽,消除恶臭,同时使有机物的各种组份得到降解,并使部分降解后的物质再合成为腐殖质。然后将经过湿解处理的物料制成商品肥。

与传统的垃圾堆肥不同,湿解技术快速高效,打破了长时间生物发酵的桎梏,使原生垃圾当天即可得到无害化、资源化处置;处理过程采用自动控制的密闭式流水线连贯完成;车间内外无水、气、尘、渣污染;湿解过的物料很少损失有机质,可以直接制作符合国家标准的肥料。湿解技术的上述优点,为集成其它技术、构建BPY垃圾综合处理系统创造了条件。
    公司为湿解技术工艺开发出多项专有设备,完成了BPY系统的工业化试验。经建设部查新检索,认定为国内外首创。随后,顺利通过建设部组织的科技成果鉴定,获得中国发明专利,相继被市场认可。

1、BPY MSW disposal and utilization integrated system
  As the kernel of BPY system, advanced wet degradation technology of waste comprises delivering sorted degradable organic substances into reactor, charging steam to perform wet degradation reaction under certain temperature and pressure for 1-2 hours, killing pathogenic bacteria and grass seeds to eliminate odor, synthesizing partially degraded substances into humus material, and preparing wet-degraded material into commercial fertilizer.
  Different from conventional waste composting, wet degradation technology avoids time-consuming bio-fermentation to realize high speed and efficiency, and treat original waste into harmless resources in the same day. The treating process is continuously accomplished in an automatic sealed treatment line. There are no pollutions of liquid, gas, dust and residue inside and outside workshop. With little loss of organic substances, wet-degraded material can be directly prepared into fertilizer in accordance with national standards. The above advantages of wet degradation technology create conditions for integrating other technologies and constructing "BPY MSW disposal and utilization integrated system".

  Some special equipments were developed for wet degradation technology, and industrial test of BPY system was accomplished. Through originality retrieval made by Ministry of Construction, it was determined to be the first technology originated at home and abroad. Thereafter, it smoothly passed technological achievement evaluation organized by Ministry of Construction, got patent right, and was gradually recognized by the market.

2、循环流化床垃圾焚烧及尾气净化技术
    “九五”期间,我司股东中科院工程热物理研究所在中国率先开发成功循环流化床垃圾焚烧及尾气净化技术,获得专利,同时完成100吨规模的工程示范,正式通过了中国科学院组织的专家验收。
    循环流化床采用独特的流动燃烧方式,在燃烧室内铺设砂料,由底部通入空气将砂料吹起。炉内温度高达850~950℃,入炉垃圾随即与灼热的砂料混合,形成剧烈的搅拌和沸腾,使垃圾在极短时间内迅速干燥、燃烧,燃烧效率可达到98%以上。循环流化床凭借与众不同的炉体结构和燃烧控制技术,燃烧过程中便可有效控制氮氧化合物(NOX)、二氧化硫(SO2)、氯化氢(HCl)以及二恶英等二次污染物的产生;加上高效的尾气净化处理,污染物排放完全能够控制在国家标准之内,二恶英类排放量甚至低于欧洲标准。
    迄今中科院工程热物理研究所的循环流化床技术已应用于多个垃圾处理项目,包括:石家庄灵达、无锡惠联、浙江绍兴、浙江宁波、广东东莞等垃圾焚烧发电厂,有的已连续运行5年左右以上。

 
  2、Circulating fluidized bed incinerator & exhaust gas purification technology
  During the ’’ninth five year’’ period, as one shareholder of our company, Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (IET) originally developed ’’Circulating fluidized bed incinerator & exhaust gas purification technology’’ and got patent right. Meanwhile, the 100 ton/day demonstrative engineering project was completed and formally passed the inspection by experts organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
  The circulating fluidized bed adopts unique fluidized combustion manner, sands are laid in combustion chamber, air is introduced from bottom to fluidize sands, waste is rapidly mixed with hot sands at furnace temperature of up to 850-950℃ under intensified stirring and fluidizing to be dried and combusted instantaneously, so combustion efficiency can exceed 98%. Relying on unique furnace structure and combustion control technology, the generation of secondary pollutants such as NOx, SO2, HCl, dioxin, etc. can be effectively controlled during combustion process. In combination with high-efficiency exhaust gas purification treatment, the emission of pollutants can be completely controlled under the emission limit of national standard, and the emission of dioxin can be even controlled under the emission limit of EU standard.
  So far, the circulating fluidized bed technology of IET has been applied to many waste treatment projects including the waste-incinerating power plants of Shijiazhuang Lingda, Wuxi Huilian, Zhejiang Shaoxing, Zhejiang Ningbo and Guangdong Dongguan, some of which have been put into continuous production for about five years.

  On this basis, our company cooperated with IET to make new improvement to this ’’Circulating fluidized bed incinerator & exhaust gas purification technology’’: large amount of moisture in waste is removed before incineration to improve combustion efficiency and stability; meanwhile, large amount of chlorine is removed in combustion process to unburden load and lower treatment cost of tail gas-purifying process. Our company has applied the improved achievement in new projects.
